Through a dual-fermentation washed process (dry fermentation + wet fermentation), the coffee develops a transparent, luminous texture with a silky, refined mouthfeel and distinctly defined flavors.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"auto\"\u003e\u003cspan style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\"\u003eAt high temperature, white flowers appear alongside a clean sweetness reminiscent of rock-sugar stewed pear. As it cools, the acidity emerges with citrus and red berry notes taking the lead.
