It showcases how altitude, genetics, and processing methods converge to create a unique expression of Colombian Nariño Gesha.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThis Golden Moon was harvested in July 2026. After flotation, the cherries were depulped and the parchment underwent dry fermentation for 36 hours, carefully monitored for temperature, pH, and sugar levels. Following fermentation, the coffee was washed and dried for 15–20 days.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eIt carries the signature traits of Nariño Gesha: a full body and high sweetness. At higher temperatures it reveals notes of hibiscus and bergamot; on the palate it offers apricot sweetness and red berry acidity.
