Big Sur Coffee is a specialty coffee roastery based in Shanghai, China Since 2016. Our roasting principle is to express the inherent characteristics of the coffee varieties and the flavor of the terroir through optimal roasting by LoringLoring S35 for espresso beans and Loring S7 for filters.

We emphasize the quality of green beans. Green beans are to coffee what ingredients are to food. High quality green beans are the foundation of a good cup of coffee. Therefore, we go deep into origins, have a direct dialogue with producers and estate owners, and purchase high-quality green beans that can best represent the terroir through direct trade.
