Producer: Estela Pitti
Plot: ISLA
Altitude: 1,900 meters
Harvest date: March 5, 2026
Lot Number: GW320
Process: Washed
Drying: 2 weeks on raised beds (Natural) + 2.5 weeks dark-room drying
Flavor notes: Magnolia flower, Nectar, Pulpy Orange, Peach juice
About Beans:
The GW320 lot comes from the ISLA plot, named for its island-like shape surrounded by winding streams. The Geisha trees on the ISLA plot grow slowly beneath the estate’s ancient Cenizos trees, producing a full juiciness, elegant floral aromas, and a three-dimensional structure.
What impressed us most about this washed Geisha GW320 is its velvety texture—on the palate it carries a substantial, heavy weight on the tongue, reminiscent of drinking a glass of pulpy orange juice or peach juice. Another defining characteristic is its absolute sweetness: the high level of sweetness shifts its floral notes toward a sweeter, creamier magnolia, with a lingering and prolonged sweet aftertaste.
