PINOS — Under the Pine Trees

Pinos takes its name from the pine trees that provide natural shade over the coffee trees. This distinctive canopy creates unique growing conditions for the plot.

Nestled in the cool highlands of Cerro Punta, Pinos embodies the harmonious coexistence of coffee cultivation and the natural landscape. The coffees produced here are elegant and refined, fully expressing the terroir of the origin.

This washed Geisha is built on a foundation of jasmine florals layered with magnolia. Notes of apricot stone fruit and peach flesh stand out prominently, supported by a rounded, delicate mouthfeel and clear structure. It is one of our favorite apricot-driven washed Geishas.
