PLANTA — The Heart of the Farm

Planta sits at the very center of Finca Los Cenizos’ wet-mill operations. Every season, freshly harvested cherries begin their processing journey here.

The organic coffee pulp generated during processing is returned to the soil of the Planta plot, continuously nourishing the land, enriching its nutrients, and fostering a healthier growing environment. Combined with the cool climate of Cerro Punta, this creates ideal conditions that allow the coffee from Planta to fully express the farm’s signature balance and vitality.

This washed Geisha is elegantly aromatic, built on a foundation of rich jasmine florals interwoven with bright, vibrant notes of fresh citrus and navel orange. The farm’s hallmark apricot sweetness becomes increasingly prominent as the cup cools, with clear layering and a clean finish. It is one of our favorite citrus-driven washed Geishas.
