Eliza Farm borders El Dorado Farm and is its sister farm. Both are managed by Bernie Uhe and his company CVM.

This washed Sidra uses Eliza Farm’s signature 3×3 double anaerobic washed process: the whole cherries are first fermented in bags for 3 days, then pulped and fermented again in bags for another 3 days, followed by washing and drying.

In the cup, it shows clear notes of hibiscus and hawthorn, with a delicate and light green citrus character reminiscent of green tangerine, accompanied by red berry flavors.
