This washed Geisha comes from In Conexus’ Flor Celestial series, which focuses on highlighting pure and expressive floral profiles—hence its strong emphasis on the Geisha variety.

This particular lot is selected from the “Geshaverse” project, an initiative by In Conexus aimed at showcasing some of Colombia’s most outstanding Geisha coffees. The project seeks to uncover high-potential origins, where altitude, soil, and producer expertise come together to create coffees with exceptional floral expression, clarity, and structure.

The coffee is produced by Palestina Crop Management, based in the Huila region. Only cherries at peak ripeness are harvested, followed by a 48-hour whole cherry fermentation. After depulping, the coffee undergoes a further 24 hours of carefully controlled fermentation. Drying is carried out slowly under shaded conditions to preserve the signature delicacy of the Geisha variety to the fullest extent.
