This coffee is known as Golden Moon and belongs to the Geshaverse project by Colombian exporter InConexus. Geshaverse aims to cultivate the distinctive character of the high-altitude environment in the Buesaco area of Nariño, combining meticulous variety management with refined washed processing. It showcases how altitude, genetics, and processing methods converge to create a unique expression of Colombian Nariño Gesha.

This Golden Moon was harvested in July 2026. After flotation, the cherries were depulped and the parchment underwent dry fermentation for 36 hours, carefully monitored for temperature, pH, and sugar levels. Following fermentation, the coffee was washed and dried for 15–20 days.

It carries the signature traits of Nariño Gesha: a full body and high sweetness. At higher temperatures it reveals notes of hibiscus and bergamot; on the palate it offers apricot sweetness and red berry acidity. As it cools, the mouthfeel becomes increasingly dense and rich, reminiscent of a thick, juicy fruit juice.
