About Beans:
The 2026 harvest of our long-awaited Los Pinos Washed Geisha from Honduras has finally arrived.
Finca Los Pinos, whose name translates to "Pine Sanctuary Estate", has long been one of our favorite farms. Back in 2024, we featured the farm's 3rd Place COE (Cup of Excellence) Washed Geisha auction lot, leaving us with a lasting impression of its remarkable terroir and unmistakable character.
The defining quality of Los Pinos Washed Geisha is how closely its profile resembles that of a classic Panamanian Washed Geisha. The dry fragrance opens with elegant white jasmine florals, bright and beautifully lifted. At higher temperatures, the cup reveals vibrant notes of red berries and apricot. As it cools, lively citrus notes emerge while the white floral aromatics become even more expressive, making each sip increasingly captivating. Even at room temperature, the coffee retains a lingering sweetness reminiscent of ripe apricot, finishing with remarkable clarity and elegance.
