The Guabo plot has always been one of our favorite lots. At an altitude of 1850 meters, it is one of the rare plots at Emerald Estate planted above 1800 meters. While fermentation can enhance aroma, the intense, vibrant acidity and sweetness must come from the rich nutrients accumulated at high elevations — this is why we love Guabo so much.
This coffee delivers a distinct and vivid peach character. From the dry aroma to the wet aroma and throughout the cup, it is filled with juicy peach notes, elegantly accompanied by delicate jasmine florals. Although it is naturally processed, it possesses remarkable clarity in aroma, flavor, and body — almost like a washed coffee. It is classic and highly refined.
This Guabo 4NC lot was harvested on February 14, 2026. No fermentation was applied; the cherries were dried slowly and directly in the cold room for 38 days.
