The Tumaco plot has always been very difficult to source. Firstly, the plot is extremely small, covering only 1 hectare. Secondly, the farm frequently reserves beans from this plot for competition submissions.

Located at 1750 meters, although not the highest plot on the farm, Tumaco is highly unique — it is isolated from other plots and closer to Volcán Barú, resulting in an excellent microclimate.

This Tumaco 4NC lot was harvested on January 21, 2026. No fermentation was applied; the cherries were dried slowly and directly in the cold room for 44 days.

This coffee presents an exceptionally rich floral profile: elegant jasmine and sweet gardenia, bright sweet orange, juicy apricot sweetness, and a smooth honey-like mouthfeel.
