About Beans:
This washed lot comes from Jaramillo Farm at Hacienda La Esmeralda. “4FC” indicates the fourth harvest from this plot. After depulping, the coffee cherries undergo 72 hours of anaerobic fermentation in stainless steel tanks, which are placed in a cold room maintained at 16°C to ensure low-temperature fermentation.
After fermentation, the coffee is washed and then transferred to a temperature- and humidity-controlled Climate Room, where it is slowly dried over 22 days.
This Bosque 4FC showcases a classic profile of Panamanian washed Geisha: elegant jasmine florals, bright and delicate citrus and raspberry acidity, complemented by a peach-like sweetness and a lemon candy finish.
