Even in Panama, a region renowned for its meticulous processing, finding an ideal natural-processed Geisha remains exceptionally rare. This new harvest Torre Natural Geisha from Finca Elida is almost the perfect embodiment of what we envision as the ideal natural Geisha.

The dry aroma is filled with rich, clean floral notes. At first sniff, one might mistake it for a washed Geisha due to its refreshing clarity. Upon closer inspection, the florals are distinctly sweeter — bright orange blossom combined with the lush sweetness of gardenia.

On the palate, it delivers classic stone fruit sweetness: luscious sweet apricot and juicy peach, followed by bright red grape acidity as it cools. A remarkably refined and elegant natural Geisha with excellent balance.

This lot comes from our beloved Torre plot. It was harvested on March 10, 2026, and traditionally dried on raised beds for a full month until April 10.
