26 New Season - Panama Esmeralda Special Natural Geisha Noria 3NB 60g

This Noria 3NB is a classic natural-processed coffee. The cherries harvested on January 15 were placed on Finca Esmeralda’s raised beds in Palmira and slowly dried over 38 days until reaching the ideal moisture content.

Compared to natural lots with anaerobic cold fermentation, this traditional natural lot may have slightly less complexity in its dry aroma, but its body is more structured and its sweetness more solid. The wet aroma is distinctly nectarine-like, and on the palate, the nectarine notes are layered with apricot sweetness. The mid-to-low acidity is very delicate, reminiscent of fresh, juicy pineapple and starfruit.
